1. Delivery Areas
We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa, including all major cities and towns. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options and costs.
2. Delivery Timeframes
All our furniture is made to order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and personalization. Please allow:

4–8 weeks for production, depending on the complexity and scale of your order.

2–7 business days for delivery after production, depending on your location.
We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you once your item is ready to ship.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. These will be clearly communicated during the quotation or checkout process.
Note: Larger or remote deliveries may incur additional fees.
4. White-Glove Delivery
For select areas, we offer a white-glove delivery service, which includes:

Delivery into your home or business

Assembly (if required)

Packaging removal

5. Collection Option
Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our workshop in East Rand, Johannesburg. Collection is by appointment only and will be arranged once your order is ready.
6. Damages and Returns
We take great care in packaging your furniture for safe transport. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Joyboy Designs, each piece of furniture is custom-made with precision, care, and your personal specifications in mind. Because of this, we kindly ask that you review our return and exchange policy below before placing your order.
1. Custom Orders
All our products are made to order, based on your selected dimensions, wood type, fabric, and finish. As such, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or personal taste variations.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take every precaution to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. However, should you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Repaired onsite

Returned for workshop servicing

Note: Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for repair or replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

Custom-built furniture

Items altered or modified after delivery

Furniture showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, materials may already have been sourced or production may have begun, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges unless the item is found to be defective or was incorrectly manufactured based on your original specifications.
